I’m Victoria. Sydney, Northern Beaches mum of 1 gorgeous (yet sometimes sassy and fiercely independent) daughter. I have a degree in Early Childhood Teaching and a degree in Interior Architecture.
My love for Early Childhood Education evolved after volunteering back when I was in university studying Interior Architecture. Funnily enough, I began my Certificate III studies as a back up to my dream of being a residential interior designer.
Continuing my studies in Early Childhood and Interior Design, I majored in Childcare Design and wrote my thesis on “How Colour Affects the Psychology of Children in Learning Environments.”
An expert in both design and operations management within the early childhood education (ECE) sector. With 20 years of experience, I specialise in supporting new ECE owners and providers through strategic consultancy. Combining my background in design and operations with a deep understanding of marketing, communications, and creative services, I can help build and shape ECE brands while driving efficient operations.

Learning and teaching should not stand on opposite banks and just watch the river flow by; instead, they should embark together on a journey down the water. Through an active, reciprocal exchange, teaching can strengthen learning and how to learn.

To provide ECE services with the best outcomes possible to ensure their service meets a high quality of care and education. To ensure that the rights of the child are always first and foremost and best practice is embedded in their service.
Now as a qualified Interior Designer and Early Childhood Teacher, the natural transition to create a consultancy agency that combines these roles was a no brainer; hence the creation of The ECE Agency.
